The business side of your longarm.
You do the quilting — Quilter’s Cloud does the paperwork. Clients, quotes and invoices in one tidy place, so a quilt goes from “in the door” to “paid in full” without a single sticky note. Built by people who know a longarm from a domestic.
What it does
The intake sheet, the calculator and the invoice template. Retired.
One connected workflow, from the moment a quilt comes through the door to the moment it’s paid for.
Clients who stay found
Every client, every quilt you've done for them, which designs they liked, and what's still owed. Search by name, phone or email while they're standing at the counter.
Pricing that knows quilting
Square yards or square inches. Batting and backing with the overage. Binding by the perimeter, not the area. Minimums, custom work, taxable materials. The math is on us.
Quotes and invoices, done
A branded PDF, emailed from your studio's name, with a link your client can open on their phone. Record deposits and payments as they land.
Your week at a glance
Due this week, overdue, unpaid, and what you've billed this month. Four numbers and the quilts behind them. Nothing you don't need — you've got enough UFOs already.
Who it’s for
For the quilter doing all of it.
One or two machines. A stack of quilts waiting their turn — five this week or forty. An iPad at the frame and a legal pad that has seen better days. Quilter’s Cloud replaces the legal pad — and the shoebox of invoices, and the spreadsheet you don’t quite trust.
Priced your quilts in Machine Quilters Business Manager for years? You’ll feel at home: the same sections, the same depth, without the Windows machine.
- Works on the iPad at the machine
- Nothing to install, nothing to back up
- A quote in under two minutes
On the frame next
Early access means we build it with you.
Quilter’s Cloud is already running real studios, every day. What’s coming next is in the order quilters asked for it — and if you’re in early, you’re one of the people we ask.
- Reports — sales tax by period, income, top clients, designs used
- Card payments on the quote link, into your own bank account
- Photos of every quilt, as it arrived and as it left
- An intake link your clients fill in themselves
Questions
The ones we get at the booth.
Anything else, ask on the form below. A person answers.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. Quilter's Cloud lives in your browser, so you sign in and it's there — on the studio computer, the iPad at the frame, or your phone in the parking lot.
- Does it work on my iPad?
- Yes, and that's where it's meant to be used: a quilt comes in, you measure it at the frame, and the quote is done before the client has found their keys. Safari is all it needs.
- What does it cost after early access?
- $29 a month, one plan with everything in it — no tiers, no per-quilt fees. It's free while we're building, and you'll hear from us well before that changes.
- Can I bring my MQBM pricing over?
- The pricing model is the same shape — quilting, thread, batting, backing and binding, each priced its own way — so your rate card goes in as it is. Entering it is a copy job for now; an import from Machine Quilters Business Manager is on the list.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- It's yours, and it leaves with you. Ask and we'll hand over everything you entered — clients, quilts, quotes and invoices — and then remove it from our side.
Early access
Tell us about your studio.
We’re letting studios in a few at a time and building alongside them. It’s free while we’re building, and $29 a month after — one plan, everything in it. Leave your details and we’ll send an invite code.
Client in the door, quilt on the frame, quote out the same afternoon.
